Summer is just around the corner or so we keep telling ourselves in rainy Ottawa. Well, it is a good excuse to curl up inside with a good book. The Ottawa Review of Books core reviewers would like to offer you their insights on seven good reads: American War by Omar El Akkad; The Ghost Keeper by Natalie Morrill; The Celtic Knot by Ann Shortell; A Hole in One by Judy Penz Sheluk; Last Song Sung by David A. Poulson; Remote Access by Barry Finlay; and Remember Why You Fear Me by Robert Shearman.

P.S. Don't forget to drop into the Wakefield Writers Festival May 24 - 27.
